- 8β10 years of experience in life insurance operations, including underwriting and claims.
- Proven ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Lead and manage all aspects of life insurance operations, including pricing, underwriting, and claims administration.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures aligned with company standards to ensure seamless client and distributor communication.
- Set and maintain high service standards for customer experience across individual and corporate clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with regulators, professional bodies, and business partners at both regional and international levels.
- Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions to improve profitability and reduce loss ratios.
- Contribute to the development of new life insurance products and assist in product launches and enhancements.
- Support marketing and distribution initiatives to strengthen sales performance.
- Negotiate terms with prospective and renewing clients to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with reinsurance partners and maintain related statistical records.
- Plan departmental budgets and resources to meet operational goals within approved limits.
