Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant, located in Amman, Jordan. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, analyzing business processes, managing master data, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver customized solutions that meet specific business requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and solve complex business problems
- Consulting experience with a focus on understanding and improving business processes specially in Human Resources functions
- Expertise in Business Process management and optimization
- Experience with Master Data management and governance
- Integration skills, ensuring seamless interaction between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
