Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, ensuring best practices in Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Oversee system architecture, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure security, compliance, and code quality across all projects.
- Collaborate with business teams to align technology with business goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proven ability to scale engineering teams and improve development workflows.
- Strong knowledge of scalability, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Digital Ocean), and DevOps.
Salary: 1,700 - 2,200 JOD/month
