As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a Business Manager to lead our operations in the KSA market from our headquarters in Amman. This is a senior role responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and establishing key partnerships.
Role Overview:
The Business Manager – KSA Market will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our expansion into Saudi Arabia, focusing on business development, CRM, and partnership management. The role requires a seasoned professional with experience in the KSA market, capable of driving growth, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth:
- Develop and execute a market strategy to expand ZADD NUMBERS' presence in KSA.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Work closely with local business parks, tax agents, and industry partners.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
- Oversee client acquisition and ensure high service quality.
- Manage relationships with clients, local agents, and tax consultants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships.
Operational & Strategic Oversight:
- Work closely with the Amman-based team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in KSA.
- Represent ZADD NUMBERS in industry events, networking opportunities, and key meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in professional services.
- Proven experience in the KSA market, ideally in accounting, tax, or business services.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing partnerships with business parks, local agents, and tax firms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to operate remotely while ensuring high engagement and execution.
- Based in Amman, Jordan with occasional travel if needed.
- 3 years of experience in professional business services (KSA experience preferred).
