Job Description:
Manager – SEO is responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and strategic oversight of SEO initiatives for MENA region clients. This role combines hands on SEO expertise with client leadership and team management, ensuring strong organic performance, alignment with business objectives, and delivery of measurable growth across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of SEO strategies across multiple client
accounts and industries.
• Drive organic performance by identifying opportunities, optimizing site structure and content, and ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, including technical analysis, keyword research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Oversee on-page and technical SEO, including metadata optimization, internal linking, site speed,
crawlability, and indexation.
• Manage and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve authority and search
rankings.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on SEO matters, ensuring clear communication,
alignment, and strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, paid media, development
and account management) to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
• Ensure alignment between SEO and SEM activities to maximize overall search performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and campaign
effectiveness.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, ensuring quality of work, knowledge sharing, and
capability development.
• Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices; share insights with internal teams and clients.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in an SEO Manager or senior SEO role within an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple industries.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Fluency in English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
