Role Description
Proficiency in Law, including corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and conflict resolution
Experience with Legal Document Preparation and review
Ability to address complex Legal Issues and provide sound solutions
Expertise in providing actionable and reliable Legal Advice
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a corporate or international setting, is advantageous
Strong knowledge and understanding of United States laws and regulations is highly preferred
