As a Presales Consultant , you will be acting as technical expert in customer presentations. In addition, you will determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups. You will also respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions. In addition, you will also be responsible for requirements gathering, and supervising the training and development activities for newly hired and existing team members.

The Job - Presales Consultant
What you'll be doing:
● Work closely with the Sales team to provide comprehensive presales support in support of achieving sales objectives and conduct product demos and technical presentations for prospective customers via Zoom, phone, and at customer sites to support sales across all countries.
● Ensure that the project's work scope and demo meeting minutes are shared with all parties after each meeting to ensure that they are aware of the product's compliance with customer requirements.
● Participate in the completion of submitted POC/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery, and technical discussions.
● Understand and collect customer feedback after each meeting, as well as document all unavailable system features to be prioritized on ZenHR's upcoming feature roadmap.
● Maintain and update ZenHR assessments with new features and enhancements and ensure that all products are covered.
● Participate in the requirements gathering with the product team and ensure that they are aware of the most recent HR trends.
● Maintain and provide all prospective clients with a clean and comprehensive ZenHR demo account.
● Ensure participation in the induction program for all newly hired ZenHR employees on all products.
● Stay up to date on new ZenHR features.
Who you are:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in projects and delivery management for SaaS companies
● Solid technical background with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in cloud technologies.
● Proven ability to drive large-scale global projects with a deep understanding of agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
● Excellent English & Arabic Languages skills.
