Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who enjoys generating new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and following up with prospects until deals are closed.
This role focuses on lead generation, client communication, and persistent follow-up with potential customers interested in ERP solutions..
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Contact potential clients and introduce our ERP solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with the presales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects after proposals and quotations are sent.
- Maintain continuous communication with potential clients until deals are closed.
- Track leads and activities using the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client outreach.
- Highly organized and persistent in follow-ups.
- Experience selling software, ERP, or technology solutions is a plus.
