About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Continuity Management (BCM) / Emergency Management Consultant to support the development and implementation of business continuity frameworks for a major project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with
financial or development institutions and a proven track record in
BCM implementation, risk management, and crisis preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and best practices.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and support the development of continuity plans and playbooks.
- Align BCM programs with international standards such as ISO 22301 and ISO 31000.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management teams to strengthen emergency response and crisis management capabilities.
- Design and facilitate training sessions, emergency drills, and simulation exercises.
- Provide strategic guidance to improve organizational resilience and continuity planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, or Risk Management.
- Experience working with financial institutions, development organizations, or large enterprises.
- Strong familiarity with KSA / GCC environment, preferably with experience in Riyadh.
- Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing continuity playbooks.
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
