Role Overview
Image Technologies (ITEC) is a regional leader in Digital Transformation, specializing in Document Management (EDM), Process Automation (BPM) and Customer Communication Management. We are seeking a dynamic, fresh talent to join our Pre-Sales team.
As an Associate Pre-Sales Consultant, you are the "Technical Storyteller." Your role is to understand a client's business pain points and demonstrate how our solutions -such as DocuWare, Tungsten TotalAgility, and our inhouse solutions- can solve them. This is a high-visibility role that requires a blend of technical curiosity and professional business acumen.
- Enjoys figuring out how software works (Technical Curiosity).
- Can explain it in a way that makes sense to a CEO (Business Acumen).
Because you are the face of the company during the first few meetings, your ability to "get" the tech and "speak" the business is what wins the client's trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Analysis: Attend meetings with potential clients across the Middle East (including KSA, Qatar, and Jordan) to identify their specific business and technical objectives.
- Technical Scoping: Defining the project scope and selecting the right modules to ensure our proposals are accurate and professional.
- High-Impact Presentations: Transform technical capabilities into compelling business value through professional presentations and live product demonstrations.
- Proposal Development: Drafting formal written sales proposals, tender responses (RFP/RFI), and competitive financial quotes.
- Sales & Requirements Validation: Work closely with the Sales team to verify that all gathered business requirements are accurate and fully addressed in the technical proposal before final submission
- Project Scoping & Estimation: Collaborate with the Implementation team to define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimate the required man-days to ensure the technical and financial proposal is accurate
Experience & Professional Growth
- Years of Experience: 0 – 2 years. This is an entry-level associate role. We highly encourage fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for business to apply.
- Growth Path: You will receive direct mentorship to transition from a technical graduate into a professional Solutions Consultant, gaining exposure to major enterprise clients across the Middle East.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems (BIS), Business administration or a related technical field.
- Bilingual Mastery: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory. You must be able to draft professional documentation and present fluently in both languages.
- Communication Artistry: Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Technical Agility: A self-starter attitude with the ability to quickly learn new automation technologies and digital transformation trends.
- Professionalism: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a flexible, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
