Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of digital products by translating business objectives and customer needs into actionable product features. This role will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, user-focused, and experienced in managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and driving cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Translate product vision and strategy into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership to define product roadmaps and feature priorities.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product-related Agile ceremonies.
- Provide continuous clarification and guidance to development teams during sprint execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of product increments and maintain high-quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support data-driven decision-making through product analytics and user insights.
- Continuously refine and optimize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis within a technology environment.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
