About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the services sector to lead business development efforts in Jordan. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a proven track record in building pipelines, closing high-value service contracts, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a professional who understands consultative selling within service-based environments and can engage decision-makers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the services sector.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop long-term client relationships and expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive service proposals aligned with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in sales or business development within the services industry (B2B mandatory).
- Proven track record of closing medium to large service contracts.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong network within the Jordanian market is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently and strategically drive market expansion.
