About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive product strategy and execution end-to-end. You will work closely with developers and business operations to build products & solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritize product/solutions requirements through customer research, stakeholder inputs, and data analysis
- Write clear PRDs/user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and product development
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product delivery tracking
- Continuously improve user experience by testing, iterating, and optimizing features
- Manage & develop Junior PMs/BAs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management / Business Analyst / Product Ops (with strong ownership)
- Experience with B2B SaaS products or internal operations/workflow tools
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a must
