Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Digital Gates, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in promoting our services, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and has a passion for selling innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Sales Outreach & Follow-Up: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand Client Needs: Work with clients to understand their business challenges and propose relevant software solutions.
- Present Solutions: Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos to decision-makers.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently work toward and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system and report regularly to sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in engaging with clients at various levels, including C-level executives.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in seeking out new business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
