Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf on one of our clients an expert-level Microsoft Power Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced data analytics and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable business intelligence systems, managing complex data environments, and delivering high-impact insights for executive decision-making.

• Develop advanced dashboards and executive-level reports
• Create advanced calculation formulas for business metrics
• Design and manage Extract, Transform, and Load data pipelines
• Integrate multiple internal and external data sources
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and data accuracy
• Implement data security and access control systems
• Lead reporting standards and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and analysts
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics development
• Proven experience in designing large-scale reporting systems
• Experience working with enterprise databases and cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge with SharePoint
