🔍Role Summary
We are hiring a Head of Product to take full ownership of the product vision, roadmap, quality, and user experience across our mobile apps and web platforms. You will build and lead the Product function at Numero eSIM from the ground up, working cross-functionally with Development, Growth, Operations, Support, and Business Analytics to deliver high-quality, user-centric features that drive revenue and customer retention.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can think strategically, lead cross-team execution, and deeply understand customer needs in a mobile-first, telecom-adjacent product.
🛠Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and user needs
- Define and manage the feature lifecycle — from discovery and design to launch and iteration
- Collaborate with Growth, Tech, Ops, and Support to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
- Translate business priorities into actionable product specs, user stories, and release plans
- Supervise the UX/UI function to deliver user-centered design and frictionless user journeys
- Implement lightweight quality assurance processes to ensure launches meet high internal standards
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform decisions and prioritize improvements
- Own the competitive analysis process — tracking trends, testing competitors, and surfacing insights
- Build a high-performing Product team over time as the company scales (e.g., Product Managers, QA, UX researchers)
- Be a thought partner to the management and Growth lead in shaping the company’s evolution
✅Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a senior product leadership role
- Proven experience managing mobile app products (iOS/Android) with strong UX expectations
- Experience in high-growth digital B2C companies — telecom, fintech, travel tech, or marketplaces preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills — especially across distributed teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, etc.)
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and KPIs
- Hands-on and humble: comfortable being the first product hire and building structure from scratch
- Bonus: experience working with telecom APIs, digital wallets, eSIMs, or global payment flows
