Role Overview
We’re looking for two data-driven professionals to join our growing team in Account Management & Business Development. This role sits at the intersection of client success, revenue growth, and performance analytics, managing U.S. accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
Open for Mid-Junior and Senior profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with U.S. clients & partners
- Own account performance, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Analyze lead performance, conversion rates, and ROI metrics
- Build data-driven optimization strategies
- Conduct professional client calls & business reviews
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams
- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and forecasting models
Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English (mandatory)
- Strong presentation & client-facing communication skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data & reporting
- Experience in Lead Generation / Performance Marketing is a plus
- CRM & reporting tools experience preferred
- Ability to work USA time shift (1 PM – 10 PM)
- On-site office presence required
