We’re looking for a performance focused Marketing Officer to support and execute paid marketing initiatives across international markets.
This role is execution heavy and data driven. You will assist in planning, launching, and managing campaigns, while working closely with the Marketing Lead to align execution with strategy and ensure stronger campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Execution & Performance Support
· Multi-Channel Campaigns: Assist in executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· Daily Optimization Support: Monitor performance daily (CPL, SQLs, conversions) and apply optimizations under guidance.
· CRM-Based Analysis: Support performance analysis using CRM data to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
· Scaling Support: Help identify winning campaigns and assist in scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency.
· Content & Growth Channels
· Performance Content Coordination: Support the execution of the content calendar (social posts, reels, short videos) aligned with brand and performance goals.
· Lifecycle Marketing: Assist in managing WhatsApp marketing and automated flows to nurture leads and improve retention.
Analytics & Reporting
· Data Tracking: Support campaign tracking using GA4 and Looker Studio.
· Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights to support budget decisions and optimizations.
· Market Insights: Help track trends, audience behavior, and platform learnings across regions.
Requirements & Tools
· Experience: 2–5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
· Market Exposure: Experience working with Gulf and US markets is a strong plus.
· Ad Platforms: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (LinkedIn is a plus).
· Analytics: Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM-based lead tracking.
· MarTech: Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing automation and email marketing tools.
· Language: Professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.
