As a Product Manager at ZenHR, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the digital transformation sweeping across the GCC & MENA region. This is an opportunity for a driven and growth-oriented team player to contribute to our mission of building cutting-edge HR technology that empowers organizations and delights users.
You will help define the product vision and strategy, identify upcoming goals and roadmap priorities, and ensure our products address real customer problems. In this role, you’ll bridge strategy and execution, providing cross-functional leadership and collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver impact.

The Job - Product Manager
What you'll be doing:
Inception:
- Frame clear problem statements and ensure they are prioritized in line with the company strategy.
- Capture and share customer insights consistently to inform team decisions.
Discovery:
- Lead customer interviews, validation sessions, and usability testing.
- Translate research into actionable requirements and hypotheses.
- Ensure solutions are validated before moving into execution.
Execution:
- Own initiatives that typically impact a single team or product area.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage product backlogs, write clear acceptance criteria, and guide day-to-day execution.
- Take ownership of initiatives with light cross-team dependencies, preparing for larger-scale leadership.

- Define and track success metrics for initiatives, ensuring a build > measure > learn cycle.
- Ensure shipped solutions drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Support product launches with clear positioning and go-to-market alignment.

Who you are:
- 4+ years in product management.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
