Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Manama. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
- Knowledge of IT solutions such as Electronic Content Management, Workflow Management, or related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and customer needs analysis
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in the IT solutions or software sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Familiarity with the market in the Middle East, especially Bahrain, is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Manama
