Role Background
We are currently looking for a Program Advisor in Sales to join our team in Amman, Jordan
In this role you will serve as primary point of contact for students, promote and sell the courses/products, raise awareness and increase market share. The Program Advisor is responsible for revenue generation and meeting set targets/budgets.
What you will be doing:
- Promote, sell and follow up on public sales targets and corporate accounts.
- Transforming leads into opportunities.
- Cold calling prospects in order to generate enough leads and to meet sales targets. Responsible for the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records and system update.
- Assess corporate training needs, set initial meetings with decision makers, deliver sales presentations, close the sales and manage the training delivery part to ensure client’s overall satisfaction.
- Produce regular sales forecasting plans and implement related action plans to ensure targets are met.
- Meet with candidates, act as advisor and answer their questions. Register candidates, issue invoices, follow up on collections.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department to ensure lead generation and market share growth.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis with respect to the assigned products & collect testimonials from previous students for better marketing intelligence and customer service.
- Assist students in acquiring memberships, and filling exam applications.
What you will be bringing:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Experience working towards sales targets and successfully meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal skills and ability to be part of a solid team.
- Customer oriented and attentive to details
