Key Responsibilities

Enter and update accounting, sales, and inventory data accurately in ERP systems and spreadsheets.
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF formulas, etc.).
Support the finance team with invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
Assist the sales team with order tracking, pricing sheets, and coordination with customers/distributors.
Generate and share daily/weekly sales and financial reports.
Verify data accuracy between accounting and sales records.
Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, and supporting documents.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (mandatory).
In close proximity to our offices in al Bayader
0–2 years of experience in accounting, data entry, or sales coordination.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, reporting, data validation).
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask between finance and sales-related tasks.
