About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Section Head to lead our people development strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves designing and executing organizational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and developing frameworks that enhance both employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Learning & Organizational Development strategies that support long-term business goals.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership, talent, and capability-building programs.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skills and competency gaps.
- Partner with senior leaders to support succession planning, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Measure and report on the impact of L&OD interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor the L&OD team to deliver high-quality programs and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development / Organizational Development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management, competency frameworks, and leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
