Role Description
This is a contract on-site role located in Amman for a Business Process Engineer.
The Business Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, re-engineering existing processes, and managing business process projects.
Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, developing process documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Management
- Experience in documenting and managing Business Processes
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, MIS, BIS, BIT or a related field
- Experience in management consulting is a plus
