Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ELV Projects Manager to join our team in Riyadh . The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex low-current systems projects across the Kingdom, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and responsibility matrices
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and apply mitigation strategies
- Conduct kick-off meetings with internal teams (sales/presales), and coordinate with clients
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, consultants, and vendors
- Prepare regular project updates and status reports
- Solve project-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Enforce and maintain project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in ELV project management
- Excellent knowledge of ELV systems (Security, Fire Alarm, ICT, AV, Lighting Control, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- PMP Certification (preferred)
