Radiant is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our team in Amman.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, developing relationships with existing clients, and promoting Radiant’s premium car wash, detailing, and vehicle care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new individual and corporate sales opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct in-person and phone sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare and present service proposals based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to close sales and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure services are delivered according to client expectations.
- Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Support promotional campaigns and local business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- Strong prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present services clearly and professionally.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate sales records.
- Comfortable working on-site in Amman and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in automotive services, car care, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of standard office software and digital tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
