Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, based in Amman. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s client base for ERP solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, delivering tailored product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ERP solutions, sales, and business development
- Experience in building and nurturing client relationships in an enterprise context
- Understanding of the banking, telecommunications, enterprise, or government sectors
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Ability to work on-site in Amman and travel for client meetings as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
