Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site in Amman, Jordan. The role involves identifying business opportunities through market research, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. You will engage with potential customers, deliver proposals, and support the execution of strategies to grow our customer base. In addition, the role requires providing excellent customer service and assisting in strategic planning to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to develop and expand client networks
- Experience in project management, negotiation, and strategic planning is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
