Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for Vigil AI. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations and demos, collaborating with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and closing. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide customer feedback to support product improvement, and represent Vigil AI at meetings, events, and industry engagements.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, assess trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience and Customer Service skills to build pipelines, nurture relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management in technology or security-related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or video analytics solutions, along with proficiency in CRM and productivity tools, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple priorities, and operate with integrity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
