Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist based in Amman. In this role, you will focus on generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand offerings and prospects’ needs, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Success in this role will require a mix of analytical aptitude, relationship management, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum of experience in Business Development
- Experience in finding new opportunities and expanding to new markets
- Experience in building partnerships (telecom operators, system integrators, or tech companies)
- Ability to prepare technical & commercial proposals
- Experience in feasibility studies (basic understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, and ROI)
- Experience in quotations and commercial structuring
- Familiarity with contracts
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills (English required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
