Sales Officer Wanted — Conference & Events Management Company
Jordan Nights for Conferences & Events — Amman, Jordan — is hiring a Sales Officer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients (corporates, universities, organizations, government entities) and sell conference and event management services
- Build long-term client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from first proposal to deal closing
- Prepare quotations in coordination with management; attend client meetings and field visits
- Update client and deal records daily on the sales management system
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or B2B services
- A mandatory monthly sales target will be set during the interview — continued employment is tied to achieving it
- Salary to be determined after the interview + commission on achieved sales
- 3-month probation period
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driving license and own car required
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a professional appearance
- Weekly sales reports to management
- Based in Amman, with client field visits
