Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for driving sales of gene technology-based medical supplies and related products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting product features and benefits, and providing tailored solutions to healthcare providers and institutions. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about product updates, participate in product training, and provide feedback from the market. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, attending industry events as needed, and supporting training or demonstrations for customers and partners.
