We’re Hiring | Account Manager – Hospitality & F&B
Are you passionate about hospitality, restaurants, cafés, and creating exceptional customer experiences?
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and lead relationships with hospitality and F&B brands. In this role, you will work closely with clients, coordinate marketing campaigns, oversee content production, and help brands grow through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with hospitality and F&B clients.
• Lead campaign planning and execution across social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and events.
• Coordinate food photography, venue shoots, and content production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development efforts.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hospitality brands, customer experience, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s hospitality, restaurant, and café industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Meta Business Suite.
