Position Requirements:
- Junior Level (we are looking for doers and executors - not Subject Matter Resource)
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Improvement, or Business Transformation projects.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process analysis, and process management, reengineering and optimization.
- Current State / Future State - business capabilities model / business architecture
- Enterprise Architecture
- Enterprise Process Blueprint (APQC, BPMN)
- Automation/ RPA
- QPR - BPM software tool
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate process workshops.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Full Package: 13K to 16K SAR based on experience and assessment

Role Description
This is an on-site contract for a Business Process Analyst specializing in Banking, BPR, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Business Capabilities Blueprinting.
The role involves analyzing and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize organizational workflows.
The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and design business processes, align business capabilities with strategic goals, and provide reporting and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process Management methodologies
- Strong skills in Business Analysis and Analytical Thinking to examine and optimize organizational processes
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and the ability to translate technical details into business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and Business Capabilities Blueprinting is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to driving organizational improvements
