Role Description
As a full-time Sales Consultant at MetLife Jordan, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based on-site in Amman, Jordan, the role involves providing consultative solutions to clients, understanding their unique needs, and recommending suitable insurance and financial products. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer service efforts, achieve sales targets, and build a growing client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of the financial or insurance industry is a plus
- Proactive, goal-driven mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
