Position Requirements:
- Junior Level (we are looking for doers and executors - not Subject Matter Resource)
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Improvement, or Business Transformation projects.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process analysis, and process management, reengineering and optimization.
- Current State / Future State - business capabilities model / business architecture
- Enterprise Architecture
- Enterprise Process Blueprint (APQC, BPMN)
- Automation/ RPA
- QPR - BPM software tool
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate process workshops.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Full Package: 13K to 16K SAR based on experience and assessment

As a Banking - Business Process Reengineering Consultant, you will engage with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement optimized banking operations and processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, providing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and offering strategic recommendations for long-term success.
Qualifications
- Finance and Credit: Strong understanding of financial concepts, credit analysis, and banking processes.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Insurance: Familiarity with insurance products and services is an asset.
- Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in finance or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience: Previous experience in banking or management consulting roles is highly desirable.
