Aerotel – by Plaza Premium Group
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our commercial footprint across lounges, VIP services, Aerotel, and other premium offerings.
This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of travel, hospitality, and financial partnerships, managing both B2B and B2C segments including airlines, banks, corporates, and digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business streams
- Develop and execute the country sales strategy aligned with regional objectives
- Build and manage strong relationships with key partners (airlines, banks, corporates, travel trade)
- Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Identify new business opportunities including upselling, cross-selling, and partnerships
- Monitor performance, pipeline, and sales KPIs through CRM and reporting tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing
Qualification:
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably within aviation, hospitality, or financial services
- Strong exposure to B2B partnerships and account management
- Experience working with banks, card products, or loyalty/CVP programs is a strong plus
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Fluency in English
