We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our commercial footprint across lounges, VIP services, Aerotel, and other premium offerings.
This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of travel, hospitality, and financial partnerships, managing both B2B and B2C segments including airlines, banks, corporates, and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that support overall business objectives and revenue growth. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Regional Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients, operational readiness, and successful delivery of services.
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans aligned with approved business objectives and revenue targets
- Prepare annual revenue budgets and forecasts in coordination with senior leadership
- Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and passenger targets through strategic business development initiatives
- Expand B2B and B2C portfolios across airlines, banks, financial institutions, travel trade, hotels, corporates, and digital channels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
- Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly
- Analyze commercial performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Key Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Manage strategic accounts while ensuring revenue growth and service excellence
- Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Coordinate closely with Finance on payment follow-ups and account management
- Support contract finalization and commercial alignment with Legal and internal stakeholders
- Explore and identify cross-country collaboration opportunities within the wider business network
- Pricing & Commercial Management
- Propose competitive pricing strategies based on market conditions and cost structures
- Support commercial negotiations including service agreements, exclusivity clauses, and performance-based partnerships
- Monitor partner performance and recommend commercial improvements or renegotiations where required
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and governance procedures
- Sales Reporting & Commercial Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and structured sales pipeline management
- Track sales activities, conversion rates, revenue performance, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales and market intelligence reports for management review
- Monitor and control sales-related budgets and expenses
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, and regional commercial teams
- Ensure operational readiness and service capability before onboarding new clients
- Provide support to regional and outstation sales teams when required
- Contribute commercial insights to support system developments and digital integration initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management
- Strong experience within aviation, hospitality, travel industry, financial institutions, loyalty programs, or related sectors is highly preferred
- Experience working on Credit/Debit Card CVP, loyalty programs, or customer value proposition development is considered a strong advantage
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and commercial targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational performance data
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel when required

Qualification:
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably within aviation, hospitality, or financial services
- Strong exposure to B2B partnerships and account management
- Experience working with banks, card products, or loyalty/CVP programs is a strong plus
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Fluency in English
