We are inviting you to volunteer with our Finance Division Team, supporting the Projects Budgeting Department.
Volunteer Role:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records documentation.
- Help with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Assists in preparing documentation for audits and financial reporting.
- Support the budgeting team with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with the digitization of financial records and other data management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Skills and competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
