Role Description
This is a contract role based for a Business Process Reengineering Specialist. The role involves evaluating and analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
The specialist will develop and implement reengineering strategies, create business plans, and collaborate closely with clients to ensure alignment with their organizational goals. Regular communication and customer service are integral to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

- Business process modeling , process documentation
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic planning
- Solid expertise in Business operations and workflow optimization
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective project execution
- Ability to operate in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus
