Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Family/Host Management Advisor to support the growth and success of Families/hosts within our live streaming platform. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with Family Leaders and hosts, provide operational support, resolve issues efficiently, organize engaging activities, and leverage data analysis to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain relationships with Family Leaders/Hosts.
•Act as the primary point of contact for family/host related inquiries, concerns, and operational issues.
•Identify, investigate, and resolve family/host management challenges in a timely and professional manner.
•Monitor family/host performance and engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
•Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports using Excel and internal analytics tools.
•Design, coordinate, and execute live streaming events, competitions and engagement activities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of family/host programs and initiatives.
•Track event performance and provide post-event analysis and improvement plans.
•Gather feedback from Family Leaders/Hosts and translate insights into operational improvements.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or above; experience in live streaming, social media, or internet event operations is preferred
•Ability to build relationships and effectively manage Family Leaders and hosts.
•Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to create reports, analyze data, and use tools such as Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
•Experience in planning and executing online events, campaigns, or community engagement activities.
