About the role
We are hiring for one of a fast-growing brand based in Jordan — operating across multiple markets in the region. They move fast, ship constantly, and care deeply about how their brand looks. You will own the visual output end-to-end.
What you will Do:
- Design packaging for cosmetics and supplements — print-ready, with die lines, CMYK, and bilingual Arabic/English layouts
- Own and maintain brand guidelines across all channels — digital, retail, and print
- Design visual identities for new product lines from color story to unboxing experience
- Produce social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook at high quality and volume
- Lead visual execution for seasonal campaigns: Ramadan, Eid, Mother's Day, flash sales
- Design influencer PR kits, gifting boxes, and unboxing experiences
- Use AI tools (Mi journey, Firefly, DALL·E) daily — for ideation, mood boards, and concept acceleration
- Art-direct photographers and videographers, and present creative decisions to senior stakeholders
What We are looking For:
- 3–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a product brand, e-commerce, or cosmetics company
- Strong portfolio showing real brand work and executed campaigns — not only concepts or agency pitches
- Packaging production experience: die lines, CMYK, Pantone, proofing, and supplier coordination
- Bilingual layout skills — Arabic/English on packaging and digital assets for MENA markets
- Daily AI workflow: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent — you use these tools, not occasionally, but every day
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficient Figma
- At least one certification: Adobe Certified Professional, Google UX, Canva Pro, Meta Blueprint, or Figma Education
Nice to Have:
- Experience with product photography styling and set design
- Basic motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro)
- Familiarity with UX/responsive layout principles for web assets
- Arabic-native or fluent Arabic speaker
