The award winning design team creates and maintains our marketing and promotional assets which support all departments our offices in Saudi, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, UAE and Oman. From concept through to execution, the team promote the KPMG Middle East brand and bring it to life, keeping it consistent with the Global firm across all touch points. The team leverage their creative and technical skills to produce best-in-class marketing materials, enhance our clients’ experience of our brand, create brand consistency, and get specific business results.
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting and work closely with the Head of
Design and support the design team leads to ensure that all graphic design outputs are completed
in the most professional, effective, efficient and creative manner.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Duties associated with this role include:
- Support the production of all ME Design Studio outputs – winning proposals, innovative client presentations, engaging internal communications, captivating events, lead generating digital campaigns, award winning Thought Leadership reports and brochures.
- Discuss creative briefs, deliver on innovative thinking, brainstorming to deliver award winning and cutting-edge design ideas and practices with the team.
- Be part of the planning stage, discuss timelines, deliverables and bring solutions.
- Conceptualize and ideate to create beautiful visuals that support our brand messaging.
- Contribute to brain storming sessions – bring your ideas and flare for creativity.
- Be able to manage time sensitive deadlines and stakeholders while multitasking other deliverables
- Transform complex data into beautiful layouts, infographics, illustrations and iconography to support key messages
- Work collaboratively with the design team, the wider marketing team and our internal clients.
- Ensure our brand visual identity is consistently applied across all communications. Develop visuals that reflect our brand messaging and tone of voice – that speak to our audience with clarity and conviction
- Help to mentor and coach junior staff and interns
Qualifications Required:
Education requirements:
- Qualified to Bachelor’s degree level – in Graphic Design/ Visual Commination’s or Fine Art.
Work experience requirements:
- 4+ years post-qualification experience in an agency and/or in-house design team.
Knowledge / Technical Skills
- A graphic design portfolio is essential for the role, must be able to demonstrate a flair for creativity.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro. Knowledge of Ai an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to an intermediate level.
- Keen attention to detail.
