We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Marketing Specialist with a hybrid sales and marketing background to join our Marketing team.
This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities across multiple brands and categories, while combining marketing execution, product management support, market benchmarking, agency coordination, and commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute ATL, BTL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and production agencies.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, product comparisons, price monitoring, and market analysis.
- Identify market gaps and provide recommendations on product positioning, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Support commercial decision-making through regular market intelligence, competitive reviews, and pricing analysis across assigned categories.
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities.
- Plan and coordinate retail activations, roadshows, and promotional executions.
- Follow up on marketing budgets, supplier claims, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate the production of POSM and promotional materials.
- Own and manage the Conti Packaging System, including artwork development, updates, and implementation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered marketing/productivity tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in
FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Trade Marketing environments are preferred.
