We're hiring: Senior Growth Executive — Remote (Jordan)
VRS is partnering with a tech-first e-commerce enablement platform to find a senior sales professional who can own revenue end to end. The product helps scaling brands handle fulfillment, same-day delivery, returns, and inventory through one unified system that plugs into Shopify, WooCommerce, and similar stacks.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to land. We're after a closer with a strong commercial track record and a sharp eye for growth.
What you'll do – Own new business end to end, across inbound and outbound – Run discovery calls that get to the real problem, not a feature pitch – Demo the platform to fit each merchant's Shopify or WooCommerce setup – Recommend the right solution based on volume, ops complexity, and growth plans – Use AI tools to research prospects and multiply your output – Keep your pipeline clean and own your numbers
What we're looking for – Several years of strong sales / growth experience with a proven closing record – A sharp instinct for spotting and driving growth opportunities – Solid grasp of e-commerce and platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce – Confidence talking to founders and operators – Strong English (Arabic is a plus) – A self-starter who builds momentum without being pushed
