Role Overview
As a Marketing Officer, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assist in content creation, coordinate events, and help manage lead generation activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in executing, monitoring, and reporting on marketing campaigns, tracking performance against KPIs and preparing basic performance reports.
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing content and assets, including website updates, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate and maintain marketing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all platforms.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Support lead generation activities by maintaining databases, tracking inquiries, qualifying leads at a basic level, and coordinating with the sales team for follow-up.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data to help identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and business development efforts.
- Stay informed about current marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing activities.
- Support public relations and influencer marketing initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- +1 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, as well as experience with content management systems and social media management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with good organizational and time management skills.
