Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Amman. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and optimizing posts for engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on social media trends to ensure optimal audience reach and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and an ability to engage with audience effectively
- Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for digital platforms
- In-depth understanding of social media trends and analytics tools
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach to tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Familiarity with social media management and monitoring tools is a plus
