Classic Fashion is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – ERP Implementation to join our IT – Business Solutions team. This role is perfect for someone with strong ERP implementation experience, excellent client‑facing skills, and the ability to lead complex projects end‑to‑end.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into structured ERP implementation plans.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee ERP module configuration, customization, and integration activities.
- Lead project governance—conduct status meetings, present updates, and resolve issues proactively.
- Create a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all implementations follow best practices, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Serve as an ERP subject‑matter expert by providing user training and support.
- Measure project performance against KPIs and propose improvements for future rollouts.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of ERP implementation experience, with proven project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in client‑facing roles with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
