Job Purpose:
The Shop Manager is responsible for supervising store operations to ensure
exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and profitability in line with
company objectives. He/she manages inventory, maintenance, and ensures the shop's external appearance meets brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Drive sales performance through daily, weekly, and hourly analysis.
- Manage stock, inventory movements, shrinkage, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and documentation.
- Prepare schedules aligned with sales targets and operational needs.
- Oversee store image, cleanliness, maintenance, and visual standards.
- Manage budget, control costs, and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the team to maximize potential.
- Lead daily team briefings and foster engagement.

Education:

Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
