Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store / Branch Manager, located in Irbid. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Key responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the store provides exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience in retail management is a plus
- Proven ability to handle customer issues and resolve conflicts
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
