Classic Fashion is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Business Solutions to lead our enterprise software operations and drive digital transformation across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end‑to‑end governance of all business software systems across group companies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Business Solutions team.
- Ensure successful delivery and rollout of ERP, PLM, and shop‑floor technology projects.
- Manage requirement gathering and drive “build vs. buy” solution decisions aligned with IT strategy.
- Handle vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracts, and SLA management.
- Partner with functional heads to ensure systems effectively support apparel manufacturing workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in apparel manufacturing industry IT with business solutions ownership.
- Proven leadership in team development and mentoring.
- Deep knowledge of ERP, PLM, and shop‑floor systems (SAP, Infor, WFX, DataTex, FastReact, etc.).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or MBA.
- Strong background in change management and organizational transformation.
