The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the food and beverage operation.
The ideal candidate will is highly motivated with passion for innovation and creativity in menu development, food presentation and guest experience; thinking outside the box to develop unique food and beverage experiences that exceed guests’ expectation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily food and beverage operations, to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Plan and manage short- and long-term food and beverage annual budget, monitor cost and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability in food and beverage operations.
- Work with the marketing team to build a creative annual promotions plan and increased marketing reach to increase guests attraction.
- Ensure continuous implementation of food and beverage training on skills and knowledge. Plan and monitor team development and performance management plans.
- Work collaboratively with the executive chef to create and maintain menus that are innovative, cost-effective, and reflect current food trends
- Work with the event sales department to continually attract more events business, coordinate and execute successful events and functions
- Conduct regular audits of all food and beverage outlets to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Respond to guests feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotel food and beverage management, restaurants, events.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and data to make informed decisions
