Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager position based in Amman. The Senior Account Manager will serve as a strategic lead for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships while ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, projects, and ongoing marketing activities. The role requires overseeing multiple accounts, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring all outputs align with client objectives, brand positioning, and performance targets.
In addition to account management responsibilities, the Senior Account Manager will play a key role in shaping each client’s communication direction by contributing content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative strategies. The role includes developing content roadmaps, proposing innovative campaign directions, and ensuring that all creative output is strategically aligned with business goals and audience insights.
Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing long-term client partnerships, coordinating cross-functional internal teams, monitoring project progress and KPIs, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and proactively developing strategies to optimize client results. The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for quality control, reporting, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship leadership, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders, build trust, and manage expectations at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to oversee multiple accounts, manage timelines, prioritize deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- Strategic thinking capabilities, including experience developing marketing strategies, campaign directions, and content plans that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to contribute creative and content ideas, translate client briefs into actionable concepts, and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, reporting, and optimization methods to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to expanding client partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges and guiding teams toward solutions.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media, production, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
